This wine is actually called El Gordo del Circo, which translates to “The Fat Man of the Circus.” Made by Casa Rojo, this is a 100% Verdejo white wine from Spain’s D.O. Rueda region.

Verdejo is known to have a bright, refreshing character, with aromas of apple, pear, and fresh herbs. In the glass, you may notice beautiful shades of green and straw, while the palate brings a lively acidity balanced by a fuller, rounded texture.
